Martin W. Lynn is a managing director, senior partner,
and principal stockholder of Moody, Lynn & Co. He is involved
in the general management of the firm and is responsible for the day
to day management of client portfolios. Mr. Lynn has direct research
responsibility for the basic materials, capital goods, transportation,
consumer cyclical and retail sectors. Mr. Lynn is a trustee and chairman
of the Investment Committee of Millbrook School in Millbrook, New
York. He is a past director of Hale Reservation in Westwood, Massachusetts.
He also served as vice chairman of the Dover/Sherborn Regional School
Committee in Dover, Massachusetts.
